Equipment Needed

Large pot

Measuring cups

Wooden spoon

9 x 13 inch pan

Parchment paper

Ingredients

Cooking spray

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons salted butter, melted

10 oz mini marshmallows, divided

5 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, plus a small handful for topping

extra marshmallows for topping

METHOD

Prepare the pan

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the sides. This makes lifting and slicing the bars super easy once they’re set.

Melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, reduce heat to low.

Set aside 1 cup of mini marshmallows plus a small handful. Add the remaining marshmallows to the pot. Spray your spoon with cooking spray and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.

Add the cereal

Remove the pot from heat and gently fold in the Golden Grahams until evenly coated.

Stir in the mix-ins

Add the reserved cup of mini marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips (save the handfuls for topping). Stir just until combined.

Press into the pan

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer. Lightly spraying your hands with cooking spray helps prevent sticking.

Sprinkle the top with the remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.

Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, slice using a big knife and enjoy!
