Green Goddess Salad Wall style

I literally crave this on a regular basis! Good alone, with chips, on sandwiches! You're welcome!!


Green Goddess Salad

Salad

1 head cabbage diced

9 green onions sliced thin

8 mini persian cucumbers diced


Dressing

1 shallot

1 tbsp chives

2 cloves garlic

1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 jalapeƱo seeded

1 lemon juice and zest

2 TBSP Nutritional yeast

Small handful walnuts

Slightly larger small handful cashews

1 Cup fresh spinach

2 tsp dried basil

Add everything to blender and blend until smooth. 

Toss with salad and enjoy!
