 Mahee’s Brownies

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 c sugar

1 tsp salt 

2 tsp vanilla

1 c melted butter

1 ½ c flour

¾ c cocoa

frosting:

2 c powdered sugar

¼ c cocoa

¼ c butter, softened

milk to thin

Directions:

Beat eggs on high, then add sugar, salt, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add melted butter. 

Measure flour and Cocoa into separate bowl and stir together. Then add to wet ingredients. Spread into 9 x 13” pan lined with parchment) p. Bake in preheated to 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 

Plan to frost the brownies when they’re hot and immediately out of the oven! Then let cool to eat.
