PB Breakfast Oatmeal

Our current breakfast go to is quickly going to be this recipe. I first heard of baked oatmeal on pinterest and then my SIL Cary told me about her recipe! I like it because it's quite basic and you can easily switch out the peanut butter for something else ie. almond butter, hazlenut butter mmmm nutella would be good- ooh what would happen if I used fruit preserves instead of the peanut butter??? Hmmm be watching for some other spins!


PB Breakfast Oatmeal
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1cup milk
2tbsp butter
2eggs
2tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add the rest and stir well. Spread in a glass baking dish or scoop into cupcake liners for quick servings. Over at 350 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy! I love this stuff!!
