Creamy Cilantro Dressing
Creamy Cilantro Dressing (similar to Cafe Rio's)
Large bunch of fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Wash Cilantro and remove most of the stem. Pour the Ranch into your blender - add prepped cilantro, blend until smooth. I taste it to make sure it's spicy enough. If not spicy enough add more cilantro.
